Senior Account Planner
The role of account planning at Zubi is to inspire and guide the creative process from a strategic and research-enabled perspective. You’ll work in an environment where planning is a discipline of true leadership and will have the opportunity to build some of the greatest brands in America. You will work with creatives, digital, social and experiential experts, analysts, account management, media, research, and of course our clients, to develop sound, compelling strategies.
have Spanish/English proficiency – required
have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in account planning and strategy development,
experienced and highly capable of writing creative briefs that inspire creatives
understand brands and how people relate to them,
are naturally curious, experimental and motivated by constant improvement,
are intuitive and have confidence in that intuition,
can dive deeply into business marketing, uncovering challenges and opportunities,
are quick witted, a sharp thinker and comfortable making decisions on the fly,
adaptable and comfortable with constant change and new ideas,
inspired, inspiring and motivating,
enjoy learning about culture, trends, people and the things they care about,
and can put it all in a culturally relevant context,
