Community Manager

Research: our clients target market behavior on social media, their competitors’ presence and other
influencers (bloggers and publications). Capture insights and trends.

 Content strategy and calendar: support the Digital Strategist on the development of content briefs
and maintains content calendars.

 Deliver: partner with Creative, Account and Project Management teams through the content production
process, contributing with ideas and assuring alignment to strategic direction.

 Learn: capture KPIs and maintain dashboards. Collaborate with the Digital Strategist to identify
highlights, lowlights and produce actionable managerial and executive reports.

 Moderate: apply monitoring SLAs and moderation processes to our clients’ properties on social media.

 Manage: the content production process to guarantee alignment, quality and necessary approvals.
Schedule and publish content through the Content Management platform in place for the project.

 Connect: collaborate with the Digital Strategist to develop and put in place strategies to connect with
influencers directly or through our clients PR agency.

 Update: stay up to date and share with Account and Creative teams the best practices, rules, benchmarks
and the constant updates to popular and emerging Social Media platforms.
 Social Media heavy user: has and maintain active profiles on as many social networks as
 Culturally savvy. With interests for topics beyond advertising, preferably aligned with our clients

 Good written, oral communication and presentation skills.
 Ability to gather data and solve problems; knowledge of business and the Internet; teamwork
 Familiarity with the social media toolset, its metrics and how it can help
brands: Facebook, Tumblr, Twitter, Youtube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, Vine.
 Proficiency in Portuguese

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office
 Knowledge and/or experience with the most popular content management and listening tools.
