Analytics Manager

Internally within the agency, this role will closely collaborate with assigned agency client
account teams and build direct relationships with clients related to analytic deliverables.
Responsibilities:

 Provide analysis of website traffic for key clients including monthly
updates, yearly summaries and ad hoc requests, including designing
dashboard and PowerPoint reports
 Data sources typically include: ad trafficking programs, social and mobile
media, web analytic tools and client databases
 Understand client’s business requirements and design reporting and
analysis approaches tailored to their needs
 Have mastery of Omniture web analytics tools and SAS
 Provide modeling, datamining and statistical analysis, as required on
accounts
 Develop data capture business requirements, including page tagging
recommendations and hierarchy
 Stay current with client and industry benchmarks
 Work closely with account team to make specific and actionable client
recommendations
 Foster relationships with internal/all department teams
 Deliver tracking analysis and reports to support client campaigns,
programs, and platforms
 Optimize creative and recommend marketing tests and solutions
 Deliver models and other advanced statistical solutions to client business
case and marketing issues
 Develop tracking and reporting requirements, particularly web analytics
and social media
 Contribute to increasing the level of innovation in data, analytics and
CRM at the agency
 Strong analytical skills, must be proficient in analyzing and interpreting
internet-related data from standard software packages, SAS and client
databases
 Experience with web analytics packages such as GoogleTrends, Omniture,
GoogleAnalytics, SRMEK Tableau
 Expert user of Excel and SAS
 Solid understanding of the fundamentals of digital advertising and social
media.
 Role requires the ability to write clear and concise presentations for client
summarizing data insights, outcomes and implications in straight-forward
and enlightening way for clients
 3-5 years + experience in a related role
 Agency background with interactive and/or direct marketing experienced
preferred
